What is your return policy?

Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and liners intact to be eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (Final sale is noted on the product page).

Your return must be sent within 15 days of the original delivery or in-person purchase date. Return of new items in undamaged condition shipped after the 15th day may be eligible for merchandise credit within 30 days of delivery.

When using our prepaid label for domestic returns $10 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs on the original order are not refundable. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order, which may include gift cards if one was used.

US Returns & Exchanges:

For eligible items, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 15 days from the delivery date. To make a return or exchange, please visit covenathletics.loopreturns.com to generate a prepaid return label.

International Returns & Exchanges:

For international returns, please use the provided return label or, if you prefer, your own shipping label. Please share the tracking number and carrier with customersupport@covenathletics.com within 15 days of your original delivery date.
